General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered through the website [thesmallpattern.com] (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).
The seller of the products is Pastina Srl, with registered office at Via Casilina 7L, 00182 Rome, Italy, tax code and VAT number IT17766391001, registered with the Rome Companies Register, REA No. RM - 1739945 (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”).

The Customer is defined as any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity that may be carried out, who accesses the Website to place an order (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Subject of the Contract
This contract concerns the sale of tangible goods, specifically artistic prints and related products made to order for the Customer, as described on the corresponding product pages of the Website.

3. Purchase Procedure
To place an order, the Customer must follow the guided procedure on the Website, enter their personal data, and confirm the purchase. The contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives the Customer’s order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is incomplete, irregular, or fraudulent.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are specified at the time of purchase.
Payment may be made through the methods available on the Website, using secure payment systems.

5. Delivery Times and Methods
Products are made to order, with an estimated production time of 1–3 working days. Deliveries are made by courier, according to the methods specified at the time of the order. Shipping times vary between 2 and 10 working days, depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen events.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter (c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
Since the products sold are made to order, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for change of mind.

7. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
In the event of a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product, the Customer must contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery, providing the following:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photographic documentation

Once the report has been verified, the Seller will proceed, at its discretion, with a replacement or refund.

8. Customer Obligations
The Customer undertakes to provide truthful and accurate data and to keep their Website login credentials confidential. The Seller shall not be held responsible for damages arising from incorrect information or accounts compromised through misuse.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the Seller or their respective owners. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or validity of this contract, the competent court shall be that of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile.
