Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our products are printed and packaged on demand, specifically for each order.
This allows us to guarantee high quality, avoid waste, and offer you a freshly made product, created just for you.

For this reason, as provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or errors in the order (e.g., size, subject, color).

This also applies to framed posters, since each print–frame combination is produced and assembled on demand according to the order.

If something goes wrong…

If the product you receive is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Different from what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product received

After verification, we will replace the item free of charge or offer a refund, depending on the case.
